To allow workflow action to copy documents within folder to another document library

We have a use case where we will need to copy documents filed within a Sharepoint folder from Document Library A (from Site collection AA) to another Document Library B (from another Site collection BB). The current copy to Sharepoint action is not able to achieve this as reflected in Nintex Support Case #00534953
